Enable Futures is currently working as an employment agency to find an Office Administrator for a client based in Yeovil, Somerset. The successful candidate will join a modern and forward-thinking organisation and assist management with various day-to-day office tasks. The working hours for this full-time position are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with onsite parking available. The salary for this position is approximately £23,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients of the company.
- Assist in preparing regular reports as per the schedule.
- Handle phone calls and correspondence such as emails, letters or packages.
- Provide support to clients with their customer accounts and orders.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Assist in organising and maintaining common areas in the office.
