Enable Futures is currently working as an employment agency to find an Administrator for our client based in Bridgwater. As a pivotal member of our organisation in the commercial services sector, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our team.

Position: Administrator
Location: Bridgwater
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Office-based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Support day-to-day operations by coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
